Extension to Grade II* listed building in Clifton started on site
Samuel Construction unearthed a huge Victorian Sewer after starting on site in early March. Wessex Water nearly stopped all work on site and it was only due to the combined efforts of Izaak and Sam that works could re-commence. A 5m section of the the live sewer had to be replaced, which has been carried out to the satisfaction of Wessex Water and Building Control. A big thank you to Sam and his team!
